Project Overview

The project aimed to create a unified platform to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Tesla’s Robotaxi fleet. Within this larger vision, I owned the design of the Fleet Overview. My work involved conducting discovery, defining UX gaps and opportunities, and shaping the design strategy to deliver concepts that provide clear visibility into vehicle flow within a given geofence.

The platform will centralize fleet operations to cut down on manual coordination and vehicle idle time. It will also reduce downtime between rides and make service operations faster, enabling more efficient Robotaxi operations.
